Flourish is a Positive Psychology Coaching service dedicated to helping individuals and groups fulfil their potential and experience more of what life has to offer. By using Flourish’s services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Service Description

Flourish offers a range of services, including 1-1 coaching, group coaching, workshops, courses and well-being sessions. Each service is tailored to support the personal growth and well-being of clients.

Payments

Service fees vary depending on the type and duration of the session. Fees and payment details will be provided at the time of booking. Payment must be made in full and in advance through our online booking system.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session by providing more than 24 hours’ notice. In these cases, rescheduling options or a full refund will be offered. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will be fully charged if they occur more than twice.
This policy ensures availability for all clients and values the time of our practitioners.

Confidentiality

We prioritize the confidentiality of all information shared during sessions. Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s explicit consent unless required by law. Full details on data handling are available in our Privacy Policy.

Termination of Services

Either you or Flourish may terminate services at any time, with written notice.

Disclaimer

Services are provided on an “as-is” basis, without guarantees or warranties. The client acknowledges that the coach cannot guarantee any specific results from the coaching practice. Coaching is intended to be educational and informational and should not replace professional advice from medical, psychological, legal or financial experts.

Limitation of Liability

The client agrees that Flourish and its coaches are not liable for actions, inaction, or consequences of any coaching services provided. By participating in coaching, the client releases Flourish from any claims, damages, or causes of action resulting from the coaching relationship.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be addressed privately between Flourish and the client.

Use of Client Images

With the client’s consent, images taken during sessions may be used for marketing materials. Clients who do not wish for their images to be used should inform us at the time of booking or before the session.

Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time and will post updates on our website. Continued use of services following any changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
